We will provide extensive in-store training and will attend and assist in the opening of your very own “Pastonji Ice Cream”. Plus we are always available - 7 days a week, via our toll-free “Help Line”. “Pastonji Ice Cream” offers you a high profit to investment ratio, with higher profit margins from lower food cost. SITE SELECTION

Once your franchise application has been approved, “Pastonji Ice Cream” will assist you with your site location. We will help you find the best location and provide assistance in lease negotiations. We will help with all build out plans and necessary changes to ensure your space meets standard code requirements. Final drawings wil then be reviewed for approval by our planning department.

TRAINING

The “Pastonji Ice Cream” Training Program will consist of 2 weeks (1 week for Retail only franchise) at our corporate training facilities plus one week at your location. During this time you will be exposed to all aspects of running your own “Pastonji Ice Cream” from perfect frozen dessert preparation and personnel management to the all important public relations and management. Our administrative training will prepare you for your future with “Pastonji Ice Cream”. Accounting and operations manuals will be provided during your initial training. The operational skills learned through our training will enable you to get your own “Pastonji Ice Cream” up and running quickly and efficiently. A “Pastonji Ice Cream” field representative will continue to support your operation and provide on-going support and guidance. MARKETING
